Finding Your Home Seminar

It's no secret that the real estate market is complicated to say the least, making the decision to purchase a home or rent one all the more stressful or uncertain. We want to support our CA family and our surrounding community through that process, which is why we hosted, "Finding Your Home," a real estate seminar with our Stewardship Pastor, Jorge Fernandez.

This seminar tackled several topics including:
-What to consider when deciding whether or not you want to buy a home
-The total costs of owning a home - including the hidden expenses
-Renting versus buying (And debunking the myth that renting is wasting money)

Whether you attended and want to review or weren't able to make it, we hope this serves as a resource for you! If you want to discuss things further, feel free to set up an appointment with Jorge by emailing him at jorgef@cachurch.com
