When God Doesn’t Make Sense

What do you do when life looks wrong—and heaven feels silent? Can God still be good when life is not? When prayers seem unanswered and injustice keeps making the headlines, where is God in it all?

The prophet Habakkuk doesn’t give us polished answers. He gives us something better: an unfiltered, honest conversation with God. A prophet who brings raw questions, real frustration, and unedited faith—and discovers that God is not threatened by any of it. In fact, God meets him there.

This series invites us into that same space. We’ll learn how to bring our doubts to God instead of hiding them from Him. How to pray when you’re confused, how to trust when you don’t understand, and how faith can deepen in the tension between what we see and what God is doing behind the scenes. And somewhere in that wrestling, Habakkuk learns to wait—and even to rejoice—before anything around him changes. Because sometimes the most faithful prayer is not certainty, but surrender: “God, I don’t get this… but I will trust You.”

Join us for this 4-week series—and bring someone with you who’s been wondering the same questions.
