Heroes, High Points, Hard Times & Hopes

Give each person 3-5 minutes to draw a time-line of their life. On the time-line, ask them to include the following:

• 2-3 heroes (people who have had great influence on their life)
• 2-3 high points (great moments that have shaped them)
• 2-3 low-points (struggles that have also shaped them)
• 1-2 hopes for the future

Once people have completed their time-line, set a time-limit for each person to share. Consider giving them 10 minutes to share and 5 minutes for the group to ask questions.
