Leadership Opportunities
We want to help you use your God-given gifts to serve and lead in the church. If you’re interested in having a conversation about starting a group or leading within Women’s Ministry, we’d love to chat with you. Some of our leadership opportunities are listed below!
GROUP LEADERSHIP
Women’s Bible Study Group Leader
As a Women’s Bible Study (WBS) Group Leader, you’ll lead and care for a small group of women. This involves leading discussions, welcoming those who are new, helping the women in your group to connect, and praying together. Groups meet online or in-person three sessions a year.
Life Group Leader
Help us create more spaces of belonging for women by leading a Life Group. Life Groups are small gatherings of people that meet online or in-person to share life, discuss the Bible, and pray for one another.
Prayer Group Leader
Prayer Groups offer space for women to gather together and pray for one another. Groups meet online or in-person, and each group has a different focus they are praying for.

If you’re interested in starting a group, please email us at women@cachurch.com or fill out the application below by clicking on the Leader Application button. One of our women’s pastors will then follow up with you.
EVENT LEADERSHIP
Retreat & Event Leadership Teams
If you want to help plan and lead our Women’s events, including women’s gatherings and our annual women’s retreat, please email us at women@cachurch.com.
INTERNSHIP
Have you ever wondered if God might be calling you into pastoral ministry? We have an internship program at Christian Assembly Church (CA) that allows you to serve 10 hours/week with Women’s Ministry (or another department) from September through May. Part of those 10 hours includes a weekly intern cohort meeting with Matt Price, one of our pastors at CA. For more info or to apply, click here.
